Children’s Riding Activity Day

Children’s Riding Activity Day £42 per person.  Half Day sessions also available, 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm £25 per person.

The Full Day will include, 2 x 1 hour class lessons, theory and stable management training.

The Half Day will include, 1 x 1 hour class lesson, theory and stable management training.

You will need to bring with you warm clothing and a waterproof coat, gloves and wellies.  If you have your own riding hat and riding boots bring those too.  You will also need to bring a packed lunch with you (we have a vending machine selling hot drinks).

BOOKING – To book your session simply phone or call in telling us of your riding experience and approximate height and weight. Bookings are usually made at least one week in advance, but we can sometimes take bookings at shorter notice.  Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings via e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel a booking.  A charge of 50% of the lesson price will be made for any ride cancelled after 4pm on the day prior to the booking. We regret that this will apply whatever the cause of cancellation in order to avoid the general surcharge that would have to be added on to all lessons to cover staffing and running costs. LESS THAN 1 HOURS NOTICE INCURS 100% CHARGE. We do not accept cancellations via e-mail.

Pony Club

The Pony Club is Britain’s largest Youth Riding Organisation and is affiliated to the Pony Club organisation world-wide. Any one who is age 21 and under can join. Children’s Activity and Pony Club Rally Day

Full Day £42.00:

The full day runs from 9am – 4pm with an hour break for lunch at 12pm.  You will need to bring warm clothing and a waterproof coat and gloves, wear something comfortable such as leggings or loose fitting jeans, flat shoes (they must have a small heal) or wellies (No Trainers).

The full day will include:

  • 2 hours of riding lessons. 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. (riders will be put into ability groups)
  • Theory based lessons working towards either BHS or Pony club certificates

 

 

Half Day £25.00:
